I. What’s Included
LifeStation’s standard home medical alert system package came with a base console unit and an emergency help button.
The system user can choose to wear their help button either as a necklace pendant or as part of a wristband. We chose to use ours as a necklace pendant.
The package also came with a Welcome packet with instructions for setting the system up and using it.

II. How It Works
With the LifeStation home medical alert system, there are two ways to activate an emergency call.
One way is to press the medical alert help button. This will wirelessly transmit a signal to the base console unit to call LifeStation’s monitoring center.
Alternatively, senior users can press this large button right here on the base console unit.
