II. How It Works
With the OneTouch home medical alert system, there are two ways to activate an emergency call.
One way is to press the medical alert help button, or should a fall be detected using our proprietary Fall detection technology. In either instance, you will immediately be connected on a 2-way call as well as send your GPS location to an agent at the AMCEST 24/7 emergency monitoring center who will stay on the line until help is on the way..
