This is a short and sweet version of Fournier’s Gangrene. This patient isn’t dying because they are not morbidly obese. This is the result of perineal abscess due to uncontrolled diabetes. Now that the infected dead tissue is gone, this sound should heal pretty quickly. Most cases are a lot worse. This person is very lucky.
