STARTING STRENGTH TEST:
*Core strength*
Plank (or plank variations)
Minimum reps: you should be able to hold a front plank for at least 60s

*Balance*
Single leg hold
Minimum reps: you should be able to hold this position comfortably for at least 30s

*Calf strength*
Single leg calf raise
Minimum reps: 15 per side (no bouncing!)

*Quad strength*
Single leg squat (or squat to box)
Minimum reps: 15 per side (even if it’s just the lower down)

*Glute strength*
Single leg glute bridge (or variation of this)
Minimum reps: 15 per side
