SMOKED SALMON BREAKFAST WRAP:
(What you need)
Tortilla
Cream cheese
Baby spinach
Cucumber, sliced
Scrambled eggs
Smoked salmon
Green onions, chopped
Capers

(What to do)
1-Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on your wrap, then top with a layer of spinach, followed by a layer of cucumber.

2-Add scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, then top with green onions and capers as desired.

COWBOY CAVIAR (the bean salad):
(What you need)
15 oz can black beans
15 oz can white beans
1 can corn
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red or orange bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
1 green onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Salt, pepper, cayenne to taste

(What to do)
1-Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add seasonings as desired.

2-Serve as a side, combine with a protein and green to turn into a salad, or add it to a power bowl!
