Welcome to DAY 21! Today I am taking you through a 10 MINUTE STRETCH designed to ease tension in your lower body from your hips to knees to your toes. This is the perfect stretch routine to help you recover between workouts & keep your lower body feeling good!

Your body is connected. No joint or muscle group works in isolation so if one area is lacking in strength or mobility, it can throw the other areas off forcing them to compensate or preventing you from moving all together. By taking the time to address each part individually, we ensure they work better when they come together as a whole.
