Welcome to DAY 2! Today I’m taking you through a 10 minute total core workout. This workout is designed to target all areas of your core because a common mistake is just focusing on the muscles we can see (or want to see); the β€œsix” pack / rectus abdominis / front of body core muscles.

But there is so much that goes into developing a strong and sculpted core – especially for women – which is why today’s workout will also include exercises for your: side of body muscle internal & external obliques + deep core transverse abdominis.
