What’s up ya’ll! Today I’m taking you through every rep and every set of my HIIT workout. This workout was BRUTAL. Like I say in the video, this isn’t something I’d do every day…just something I swap out for a regular workout when I’m short on time or feeling not so motivated! I hope you like this one 🙂
